Glen began his football career first at The Essex District High School, and then as an All-Canadian with the Windsor AKO Fratmen of the OFC. Went on to become defensive co-coordinator at his former high school and the newly formed Essex Ravens.
In 1998 became head coach for Essex Ravens…won OVFL Championship in 2002…was named head coach of the OVFL all-star game….member of Team Canada coaching staff in 2001, and Team Ontario for 2003 thru to 2005…linebacker coach for 3 years with the University of Windsor…coached last three years with Villanova High School…guest coach for Indiana University in 2001…member of the University of Michigan high school camp staff. Glen has placed the OVFL to the forefront for all league initiatives and has been a large part of the league’s success.
